Patient Financing

REDD Family Dentistry is currently able to take payments online.


Online Payment




We feel that our patients deserve the best dental care we can provide. We also feel that everyone benefits when definite financial arrangements are agreed upon prior to the start of treatment.

Payment is expected at the time of service for any charges not covered by insurance. This could include deductible amounts, co-pay amounts or fees and services not covered by your insurance carrier. Some insurance carriers will only reimburse you, the subscriber or patient. If this is your insurance carrier's policy, full payment is due at the time of service. Our office assists in submitting claims electronically on your behalf to help expedite your reimbursement.

In order that we may have a definite understanding regarding the payment of dental fees, our office offers the following payment options:




  • Third-Party Financing - There are practical, affordable ways to get the care you deserve. Our office participates with the following companies that offer flexible payment plans with no interest plans, extended payment plans and no down payment plans.
  • Cash – includes cash, personal checks or money orders.
  • Credit/Debit Cards – our office accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept any debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.


Insurance
If you have insurance, it is important that you bring your insurance information with you. As a courtesy, our office will submit your claim electronically and accept payment directly from your insurance carrier for covered charges.

In cases where extensive or major restorative work is needed, it is suggested that a pre-treatment estimate be sent to your insurance company prior to starting treatment. It can take up to three to four weeks or more for the insurance company to return an estimate to our office. We provide you, the subscriber, with a copy of the pre-estimate(s) to send to your carrier as well. By doing this, everyone knows exactly what is and is not covered by the insurance company.

We will be happy to assist you with the filing of claims and any problems that may be associated with these claims. You must be aware, however, that the ultimate responsibility for your financial obligation for services provided lies with you, not your insurance company.
